Residents Meeting: Dig for Victory

Next Lickey & Blackwell Parish Council Meeting - Tuesday 1st September

LATE UPDATE:  The meeting venue has changed to The Wheel in Blackwell.  Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

The next meeting of the Lickey and Blackwell Parish Council will be held at the Methodist Hall in Blackwell on Tuesday 1st September, 2009, starting at 7:30pm prompt.

Councillors will be in attendance from 7:15 for informal discussions.

The Agenda (as published) includes public question time, reports from County and District Councillors, and council discussions on Planning, Environmental, Highways, and Social Service matters in addition to council administrative matters.

PACT Meeting

The next PACT meeting for Lickey and Barnt Green will be held at Lickey Hills Primary School on Thursday 9th July at 7pm.

Next Parish Council Meeting - Monday 6th July

The next meeting of the Lickey & Blackwell Parish Council is on the 6th July 2009.

The formal part of the meeting will start promptly at 7:30pm, but you are welcome to come and informally meet the councillors from around 7:15pm.

This month we are meeting at the Trinity Centre (formerly known as the village hall) on Old Birmingham Road in Lickey.  We hope to see you there.

Residents Meeting No4 - Health and Leisure

Our next Residents Meeting will be held on Saturday 9th May 2009, at Hunters Hill Technology College, Blackwell We will start the event with a presentation by Emma Barton, the Health Improvement Co-ordinator at BDC, who inform us of the regions health and initiatives that are being introduced. More local input will be given on the benefits of joining a group as a positive leisure pursuit. Leisure and health groups will have a stand/table to display there activities and generally encourage residents to become involved. For more information on how you could get involved in this community event, contact Cllr. Keith Woolford.

Reminder - PACT Meeting for Lickey and Barnt Green

The meeting will be held on Thursday 16th April 2009 at the Quaker Meeting Rooms in Barnt Green, starting at 7pm. If you want to raise any concerns or issues this is a super opportunity of engaging with local parish, district and county councillors as well as the police.

There was a very low turnout at the last meeting. Hopefully this means that there are no concerns with local residents!
