New Structure at the Top of Rose Hill

We have been asked by a number of resident what is the new structure at the top of Rose Hill in Lickey. After a number of investigations, we have been informed today that "it is a weather station, to monitor winter weather conditions (in the coldest place on the Lickeys). The "cameras" are sophisticated heat seeking devices which can monitor the state of the road surface and will enable County Council to give a better winter gritting service, etc."
